TURKEY CASSAROLE

4 hard boiled eggs – chopped up 2 cans mushroom soup 2 cups celery – chopped up 1 cup onions – chopped up 1 can water chestnuts – chopped up 2 cups turkey (you can use left over turkey)or chicken. dash of tabasco sauce 1 cup of mayonnaise fold all of the ingredients above put in a long baking dish sprinkle bread crumbs on top bake at 350 about 45 minutes.
