Japanese Fruit Pie

2 eggs beaten 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup sugar 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup butter (melted) 1 cup raisins 1 TBS. vinegar 1 9-inch deep dish pie shell Combine ingredients mixing well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325* for 45 minutes. YUMYUM!! Ann Williams
